顾耀良，上海耀良律师事务所创始人。教育背景：1964-1970北京对外经济贸易大学；1980-1982美国路易斯安纳州州立大学法学院。工作经历：1976-1992中国船舶工业贸易公司；1992-1994香港李建国方和律师事务所；1994-2000北京金杜律师事务所上海分所；2000年
至今上海市耀良律师事务所。1984年至今，中国国际贸易仲裁委员会；1986年至今，中国海事仲裁委员会委员。工作语言：汉语普通话、英语。与外国律师合作并参加国外法院的诉讼程序（包括德国、英国、美国、挪威和香港地区），多次参与国外仲裁机构管辖的仲裁案件。
