辛明秀
辛明秀 博士,1958年出生于河北。副教授,硕士生导师
博士,副教授,硕士生导师, 1986 年毕业于河北师范大学生物系, 1993 年于中国科学院武汉病毒研究所获硕士学位, 1993 年至今,北京师范大学生命科学学院教师,期间于 1996~1999 年于中国科学院微生物研究所攻读博士学位。现主要从事微生物学教学和研究工作。

研究内容 :
冷适应微生物资源分类 通过分析比较16S rDNA序列及其他生化和分子生物学手段对冷适应微生物进行资源分类学研究,丰富我国在这个领域的微生物资源。
冷适应微生物产生的冷活性酶的研究 冷适应微生物产生的在低温范围内具有很高酶活性的酶称为冷活性酶(Cold active enzyme)。这类酶在研究蛋白质的结构与功能之间的关系以及在生物技术领域中都具有重要的意义。主要研究工作有冷活性酶的分离纯化、基因克隆以及酶的结构与功能之间相互关系的研究。
冷适应微生物适应冷环境的分子机理 通过研究冷适应微生物细胞的结构与功能,生物大分子的结构与功能以及在特定条件下产生的冷适应现象,来研究冷适应微生物适应冷环境的分子机制。
微生物分子生态学研究 应用变性梯度胶凝胶电泳( DGGE )、荧光原位杂交( FISH )等分子手段研究环境样品中微生物群落的多样性。
在研项目:
正在参加国家 863 计划生物和现代农业技术领域生物工程主题(极端微生物功能基因的克隆、表达与应用研究)中关于冷适应微生物及其产生的冷活性酶研究。
获奖情况:
1994 年获北京师范大学青年教师教学基本功大奖赛理科一等奖。 2001 年获北京师范大学继续教育学院教学成果优秀奖。《微生物学》教学内容体系及教材建设研究成果荣 2001 年获国家级优秀教学成果二等奖(黄秀梨 林稚兰 辛明秀 许宝孝),获 2001 年北京市教育教学成果奖(高等教育)一等奖(黄秀梨 林稚兰 辛明秀 许宝孝)。
