台湾元宝烧

元宝烧的基本料理方式：
蒸：
不需要解冻，将元宝烧取出后，装好盘，置于蒸锅中，沸水蒸10分钟即可，可撒上椰子粉（加细糖）、花生粉（加细糖）或沾干贝酱、海鲜酱等调料，味道更佳，调料按个人口味调配食用。
煮：
1.做火锅：将元宝烧取出后，不需要解冻，直接放入锅中，沸水煮6分钟以上即可，沾干贝酱、海鲜酱或按个人口味调配食用；
2.做甜汤：将元宝烧取出后，不需解冻，直接放入沸糖水锅内，煮6分钟以上即可食用。
炸：
退冰后，将元宝烧置于油锅中，油炸至金黄色即可，沾蜂蜜或按个人口味调配食用。
