冬瓜红烧肉

6、加入开水——水量没过肉。小火，炖30分钟。
7、30分钟后，下入葱段和冬瓜，加盐。
8、加1勺红烧酱油，转中火，翻炒均匀。
9、煮至冬瓜入味，汤汁收干，撒上葱花即可。
【小贴士】
