3,折叠,中间切开,叠放,切成宽窄由己的面条即可。

4、切好后加面粉或者细玉米面抖散。其余两块面同样操作。锅里烧开水,放入面条煮两个开锅即可,可以加把青菜一起煮。捞出后放上排骨,浇上汤汁即可。
