【制作方法】

2、饧好的面团取出直接分成三份（因为面板不够大擀不开），取一份按扁，擀成厚约2mm的面皮。其余继续放袋中保存，避免风干。
3，折叠，中间切开，叠放，切成宽窄由己的面条即可。
4、切好后加面粉或者细玉米面抖散。其余两块面同样操作。锅里烧开水，放入面条煮两个开锅即可，可以加把青菜一起煮。捞出后放上排骨，浇上汤汁即可。
