1993-2003年，北京航空航天大学本科、研究生，管理科学与工程博士学位；
2003年始，在中国人民大学信息学院任教；
2005年，评聘为硕士生导师。
研究方向包括：服务科学、系统科学、群智能计算，近期研究兴趣在于随机服务能力规划。
详细资料主要研究方向服务能力规划、群智能算法、服务科学对学生的培养要求计划明确，完成及时；说话严谨，做事仔细；勤于探索规律，善于发现症结；勇于承担使命，敢于解决问题。近期主持和参与的科研项目“基于统计学方法的复杂IT系统故障预测技术研究”（中国人民大学科学研究基金项目，2009.12-2011.12，项目主持人，在研）
