豬絞肉 4大匙

洋蔥丁 1大匙

紅蘿蔔丁 1大匙 鹽 少許

白胡椒 少許

糖 1/3大匙

太白粉 1/3大匙

做法

(1)將柳丁洗淨瀝乾後,由1/5處切開,再將果肉挖出,保留約0.5公分厚的果肉在柳丁盅中,兩個柳丁分別處理好備用。

(2)將豬絞肉洗淨,加入洋蔥丁、紅蘿蔔丁及調味料攪拌均勻,分別裝入柳丁盅中,固定好即可。

(3)將柳丁盅放入烤箱,以200℃烤25分鐘,至熟即可取出食用。

在戶外可用鋁箔包密,放在烤架上燒烤至熟,或用2支竹籤插過柳丁盅,再用繩子固定,吊起來燒烤,至熟即可。
