仔排 一根

调料:

黑椒烤肉料 40g

红椒 1个

鲜酱油、清水、蜂蜜 适量

做法:

1、排骨洗干净,将所有调料混合均衡后,放入排骨,密封,冰箱冷藏过夜(更入味)

2、烤箱180摄氏度,预热后,把排骨放入铺好锡纸的烤盘内,先烤20mins

3、鲜酱油+蜂蜜,调成酱汁,刷在排骨表面,再烤15mins后,将排骨翻面,刷酱汁,继续烤15mins即可
