张宝砚
主要经历1966年毕业于大连理工大学（原大连工学院）化工学院，所学专业为高分子化学与工艺学
1990.02-1991.03作为访问学者进入美国康涅狄格大学材料研究所，开展液晶材料合成等研究工作。现为东北大学理学院分析化学学科教授、博士生导师[1]
研究方向光功能聚合物材料、液晶离聚物材料和生物液晶材料等[1]

教学科研主持并参与了国家“863”计划、科技攻关、支撑计划、军工、“973”研究专项、国家自然科学基金等项目30多项 申请发明专利6项，其中4项授权
1992年以来在国内外期刊上发表论文203篇，其中发表在外文期刊上的论文108篇,被SCI全部收录, 引用次数4.3次/篇 EI收录74篇，仅在2002.01－2008.12发表的国际论文中，检索到合成的新物质109种[1]
