徐洪起
徐洪起，男，1956年8月出生于大连市。
1982年7月毕业于大连理工大学 物理系。
1991年在瑞典Lund大学获得博士学位。
瑞典Lund大学物理系教授。
现为北京大学信息学院物理电子所教授。
主要学术及社会兼职: 美国《Physics Review B》评审员
所属实验室：纳米器件物理与化学教育部重点实验室
研究方向：
（1）半导体纳米结构物理，包括生长、能谱结构、电学与光学性质等实验与理论研究
（2）纳电子器件的制作、测量、物理与应用研究
（3）凝聚态多体物理，包括强关联、自旋纠缠等多体物理现象的实验与理论研究
科研经历：
（1） 承担和领导了十几项由瑞典国家研究局等国家基金机构批准的研究项目
（2） 承担或领导了两项欧盟研究项目
（3） 目前，正在北京大学信息科学和技术学院创建半导体纳米结构实验室
（4） 已发表SCI论文140余篇，SCI引用2000多次
