余怀忠
中国地震局副研究员
余怀忠，男，1975年生，博士，博士后。
1998年毕业于合肥工业大学精密仪器专业获工学学士学位。
2004年毕业于中国科学院力学研究所获理学博士学位。
2004－2006年在中国地震局地质研究所地震动力学国家重点实验进行博士后研究。主要从事非均匀脆性介质破坏前兆及地震预测理论研究。
2005年度获得中国博士后科学基金资助(编号2005037384)，承担一项地震联合基金课题：GPS在地震中短期预测中的应用研究（编号606018）。
