男，博士，副教授，河南科技学院，从事中草药栽培和育种研究，同时从事凤仙花科花形态发生和花对称性进化发育生物学研究。
个人履历1992-1996 中南林学院林学专业；1996-2000 广西区直属七坡林场： 技术员, 分场副场长；2000-2003 河南农业大学林学园艺学院：艺硕士 （园林植物与观赏园）；2003-2007 中国科学院植物所系统与进化国家重点实验室： 博士（进化发育生物学）；2007- 河南科技学院生命科技学院： 植物实验室主任。
个人其他信息分别担任Scientia Horticulturae 和International Research Journal of Agricultural Science 期刊外审专家和一些其他植物期刊的刊外专家。
