中影集团

中国电影集团公司（简称“中影集团”）是经国务院批准，于1999年由原中国电影公司、北京电影制片厂、中国儿童电影制片厂、中国电影合作制片公司、中国电影器材公司、电影卫星频道节目中心、北京电影洗印录像技术厂、华韵影视光盘有限责任公司等8家单位组成，是以影视产业为依托，多种产业综合发展的国内一流的大型电影集团。

中影集团的发展战略是，创造品牌、占领市场、立足国内、走向世界。

拥有50多年历史、拍摄了近千部影片的北京电影制片厂和中国儿童电影制片厂，为中影集团奠定了影片制作品牌的基础。1999年组建以来，集团创作生产了《横空出世》、《张思德》、《花妖新娘》、《无极》、《云水谣》、《我们俩》、《六月男孩》、《看车人的七月》、《宝葫芦的秘密》等200多部影片，赢得了广泛的社会影响和良好的经济效益、吸引了一批国内外优秀制片人才和多家国内外著名公司加盟合作。

中影集团电影数字制作基地（国家电影数字工程）是国家“十一五”文化发展规划纲要中的重大文化产业项目，也是北京市首批文化创意产业项目之一，被列为2008年北京人文奥运工程项目，可满足各种影视制作需求，为全世界的影视制作人提供一站式、高品质的服务。

中影集团拥有完善的市场发行体系和丰富的影片营销经验。《张思德》、《云水谣》等多部重点影片的成功发行，《无极》、《功夫》、《满城尽带黄金甲》、《霍元甲》、《夜宴》、《十面埋伏》等商业巨片超亿元的票房佳绩，进一步确立了中影集团在影片发行市场中举足轻重的地位。

近年来，中影集团通过参股的方式，组建了七条电影院线，签约加盟影院达400多家，票房占全国市场份额一半左右。目前，中影集团正在组建一条控股院线，目标是百家影院、规范化管理、规模化运作、优质化服务，提高控制力和影响力。

中影集团是全国唯一拥有影片进口权的公司，与100多个国家和地区的400多家电影机构有着密切的业务往来。 中影集团还致力于国产影片的对外输出，其每年举办的“北京放映”是目前全国唯一一个国产影片的国际展销市场，成为海外了解中国电影文化的重要窗口。

中影集团的成员单位电影卫星频道节目制作中心（CCTV-6），是唯一的国家级专业电影频道，每天播出10部中外故事影片和各类动画片、纪录片、专题片。近年来，该频道承办了中国电影华表奖、金鸡百花电影节等大型电影庆典活动，并在奥斯卡金像奖等国际重大电影颁奖典礼当天做全程转播。 1999年，电影频道开始组织拍摄数字电影，用于电视播映，产量达每年110部左右。

中影集团的发展目标是，突出主业、做大做强、以影视制片、电影数字制作基地、发行放映、院线投资、电影进出口、电影频道等为支柱，全面带动洗印加工、电影器材营销、后电影开发、光盘生产、，媒体运营、广告、物业管理和房地产开发等多种产业综合发展。

Inaugurated in 1951 as China Film Corporation, China Film Group Corporation (CFGC) was conglomerated in 1999 as the most comprehensive and extensive state-owned film enterprise in China with the most complete industry chain that facilitates film production, distribution and exhibition as a coordinated process and integrates film, TV and video into one single entity. It has a whole bunch of fully funded subsidiaries, proprietary and joint stock companies, joint ventures and a movie channel.

Its Beijing Film Studio and China Children’s Film Studio, which boast a history of more than 50 years and a library of about 1000 titles, are a solid fundation for CFGC’s production brand. Since its establishment in 1999, CFGC has produced more than 200 feature films. Its creative and production power has converged a great team production talents, developed favorable production environment, and attracted a world famous producers to finally form an internationalized, commercialized and standardized mutually benefiting co-production platform for filmmakers.

CFGC’s distribution ability of 100-plus feature films per year and successful distribution of such blockbusters as The Promise, The Curse of Golden Flowers, The Fearless and The Banquet have ensured its lion’s share in the domestic film market.

CFGC’s Digital Film Production Base is a national digital film project that can offer on stop high quality service for film and TV makers from around the world and satisfy all needs for film and TV production.

In recent years, CFGC has formed 7 cinema circuits in joint stock and contracted more than 400 theatres, which garner40% sheare of the domestic box-office. It is now building its own proprietary cinema circuit with an objective of 100 multiplexes.

CFGC is also the sole importer of foreign theatrical movies in China and major exporter of Chinese films. CFGC has established business relationships with more than 400 film institutions from more than 100 countries and regions. Its annual event Beijing Screenings has become an important window to showcase China’s film culture to the world and exchange platform for film co-productions.

CFGC’s movie channel (CCTV-6) airs on a daily bases 10 Chinese and foreign feature films as well as a variety of animated movies, documentaries and special topic programmes and produces 110 made-for-TV digital movies yearly. According to its development goals, CFGC will be focusing on film and TV production, film distribution and exhibition, the operation of its digital film production base, film import and export, and cinema construction investment as its 5 cornerstone industries with an integrated development in diverse industries such as film developing and printing, film equipment marketing, film merchandising, optical disc manufacturing, media operations, advertising, property management, and real estate development.
