北京高等秘书学院
中国唯一的高等秘书学府：北京高等秘书学院于1993年经北京市教委批准成立，是国内唯一致力于培养高级秘书、办公管理及相关专业复合型人才的高等学府。学院有面向高中毕业生的专、本科层次的学历教育，也有面向专、本科毕业生的大学后教育以及国内外多种职业资格的培训。学院首家提出了“创建中国一流服务型大学”的理念，重视学生综合素质的开发及各种能力的培养，学院以人为本，礼仪治校，努力培养学生乐观、健康、积极、向上的精神和品质。学院2004年被共青团中央指定为全国素质教育基地。
学院曾受北京市委、市人大、市政府和市政协四家办公厅委托，举办北京市各区、县、局多期秘书培训班，累计培训学员达3000多人。学院还给中国移动、中国人寿等世界500强企业提供高级秘书培训。
学院实施与国际接轨的现代化管理，“一切为了学生，为了学生的一切”是学院建院十几年来一贯遵循的管理理念。学院以学生满意度为目标，对学生实施全方位规范化管理和服务，每班配备专职班主任，校园实行半封闭管理，保卫人员24小时值勤，生活老师日夜值班，保证学生安全、健康、愉快地生活，专心致志地学习。学院开设了成功心理学课程，并设心理谈话室，消除学生在成长过程中形成的心理障碍，使之达到与家庭和社会的融洽和谐。
教育部中国高教学会秘书专业委员会：学会长期致力于中国秘书理论的研究与秘书教学的改革，是中国秘书行业与国际交流的平台。学会始终站在中国秘书研究和教学的前沿，引领中国进入秘书教育的国际化时代。2002年12月，学会迁址北秘学院，形成学会与学院的战略伙伴关系，确立了北秘在全国高校秘书专业的领军地位。
学院环境优美，设施齐全：校园环境优美、氛围清幽、交通便利。校园设施齐全，有形体室、电教室、语音室、瑜珈室、室内篮球馆、室内游泳池等，是读书生活的理想场所。

Beijing Senior Secretarial College
Beijing Senior Secretarial College (BSSC) was established in 1993, focusing on a range of degree training and certificate training, including professional secretaries, qualified personal assistants, logistics, and leisure management and hotel management.
The college consists of the Faculty of Secretary Studies, Management, Arts and Economics. It now has around 4500 in-campus students. The school is located in the Daxing District of Beijing, China, covering an area of 130,000 square meters. It is equipped with computer labs, libraries, network classrooms, gyms, and sports facilities.
The graduates of the college have been highly sought by many businesses and government departments. The college also held 36 training sessions for different levels of governments of Beijing and won its name in both the private and public sectors.
The board of the college recently purchased Beijing Whampoa University. Beijing Whampoa University was established by the members of the Alumni Association of Whampoa Military School, which fostered many generals and military talents in the early days of this century. It will further improve the development of the college and help the college to meet the future challenge.
