color look-up table n. 颜色查找表 存储于计算机视频卡中的一张表，对于计算机显示器所能显示的各种不同颜色，在该表中都有颜色信号值与之对应。当颜色并不是直接显示时，可以为每个象素存储若干个颜色位，这些颜色位可用于从颜色查找表中选择一组信号值。也作 color map，color table，video look-uptable。另见 color，color bits，palette（定义 2），pixel。【英】A table stored in a computer’svideo adapter, containing the color signal values that correspond to the different colors that can be displayed on thecomputer’s monitor. When color is displayed indirectly, a small number of color bits are stored for each pixel andare used to select a set of signal values from the color look-up table.
