陈学振
陈学振，1950年生，原籍山东乐陵，河北师范大学政治教育系毕业，山东省人民政府调查研究室社会调研处处长。世界华人艺术家协会理事，世界杰出华人艺术家，中国明湖书画院常务副院长，中国北京东方神州书画院一级书画师，中国书画家联谊会山东会顾问，书法研究部主任，高级书画家。多年从事政务文字工作，多篇论文在国家和省以上报刊杂志发表。先后获得国家、香港诸多重要理论刊物、研究单位、编辑部、编委会等一等或特等以上奖80余次。论文和业迹被收入《世界名人录》等几十部大型权威性、文献性图书。业余爱好书法艺术，正楷临欧阳询、王羲之，行书、草书临王羲之，同时博采众长，炼悟结合，渐成风格，先后获2005世界华人艺术精品大展北京展国际金奖，汉城（首尔）展国际金奖，香港展特别金奖，世界华人艺术突出贡献奖等。2004年1月被中国新闻发展研究中心，中国社会科学研究中心，北京神州学人管理学研究院授予“2004中国新闻人物新年论坛先进个人”；2004年5月1日被中国新闻文化促进会、中国世界民族文化交流促进会，时代前沿（北京）文化发展中心授予“百名中华创业新闻人物先进个人”荣誉称号。
My name is Chen Xuezhen, born in 1950, and my native place is Laoling, Shandong Province and graduated from politics and education department of Hebei Normal University. I am a chief of social research department in the Investigation Office of the government of Shandong Province, a director of World Chinese Artist Association, outstanding world Chinese artist, administrative vice dean of China Minghu Calligraphy and Painting Academe, the fist–level artist of Peking Oriental Shenzhou Calligraphy and Painting Academe and the consultant(Shandong Branch), the director (the calligraphy research department) as well as the senior calligraphist in China Calligraphist and Painter Sodality. I have been engaged in literal work about government affair for many years, during this time, many theses were published by national and provincial press. I have won more than 80 First-class prize or special prize from many thesis publications, research department, newsroom and edit committee of china and Hongkong. Theses and outstanding achievements were written into many authoritative and literary books, such as ? Record of World Celebrity ?. In my spare time, I am fond of calligraphy and imitating writing round hands of Wang Xizhi and Ou Yangxun (a kind of Chinese calligraphy) and writing cursive hands and running hands of Wang Xizhi, meanwhile I have bsorbed, refined, realized the distillate of all calligraphists and formed owned style. I have won international golden prize of Peking Exhibition, international golden prize of Seoul (Shou Er) Exhibition, especial golden prize and World Chinese Art outstanding contribution prize of Hongkong Exhibition in the 2005 World Chinese Art Works Exhibition. In January, 2004, I was awarded the title of “The Advanced Individual of Chinese News Characters In 2004” by China News Development and Research Center, China Social Science Research Center and Peking Shenzhou Scholar Administration Academe. On May 1, I was again awarded the title of “The Advanced Individual out of One Hundred Chinese Carving-out Characters” by China Association for News and Culture, China Association for International Cultural Communication, and The Foreland of Times (Peking) Culture Development Center.
