降水率

解释一：

降水率：籽棉烘干前含水率（平均值）与烘干后的含水率（平均值）之差。

Precipitation Rate: The amount of liquid, water or solid the reaches the ground at a certian amount of time and measured in a raingauge.

解释二：

降水率(Precipitation rate, 如NCAR的再分析资料中)即降水强度：是指通过一水平面上的降水通量，用水的体积通量来测定，因而其单位为m3/m2/s = m/s。但是为了方便，通常用mm/h来表示，常规观测中常用6h，12h，24h或月、年为时间单位。
