2. 囊膜病毒侵入机体细胞过程中,病毒囊膜蛋白与细胞受体之间的相互作用。
3. 流感病毒、 SARS 病毒、 HIV 病毒、各类肝炎病毒等编码之蛋白质与宿主细胞之间的相互作用。
4. 多糖(尤其是中药多糖组分)参与天然免疫的分子机制
5. 其它蛋白质与蛋白质之间的相互作用
