影片简介位于度假胜地佛罗里达州的海洋世界乐园即将开幕，吸引了来自各地的游客。园内除了有惊险的机动游戏外，还有从海洋误闯自来的小白鲨鱼。由於小白鲨离开了母亲，终日郁郁寡欢，不久更因意外猝死去了。小白鲨的母亲得悉爱儿死去，遂不顾性命的潜入乐园，誓要为爱儿报仇。
园内发生咬死人事件后，乐园生意一落千丈，而在上集曾勇擒大白鲨的警长的两名儿子刚巧在乐园工作，二人秉承父亲的勇敢机智，合力与大白鲨一决高下。
