罗代升
罗代升，博士，教授，博士生导师，中国电子学会高级会员，信息与电子工程编委。
1970年毕业于四川大学，留本校无线电系，从事教学科研工作。
1995年在英国 Glasgow大学获得博士学位。
1998年在该校完成博士后研究。
1980年开始开展图像处理和模式识别的科研，1996年开始激光扫描共焦显微三维生物医学图像处理和识别研究。教授（双语）的主要课程有数字图像处理与识别，数字图像通信，计算机图形学与虚拟现实，计算机通信，模拟电子技术，数字电子技术，自动控制原理等。科研的主要方向是信号与信息处理，图像处理，模式识别与人工智能，计算机视觉，生物医学图像与生物信息处理，智能系统与设计等。已完成和正在进行的国家、部省级、横向科研项目近20项，获部省级科研奖近10项。已出版专著（英文）一本。在国内外重要刊物上已发表学术论文50多篇。
他也是我的导师，治学严谨，待人宽厚。现在在四川大学电子信息学院图像处理研究所担升博导、硕导，招收图像处理专业博士和电路理论专业硕士研究生。
Dr. Daisheng Luo, professor, PhD supervisor, senior member of Chinese Institute of Electronics, editor of Journal of Information and Electronic Engineering. In 1970, graduated from Sichuan University and joined to Department of Radio Electronics of the university. In 1995, received PhD degree in University of Glasgow, UK, and completed postdoctorate in the university in 1998. In 1980, started up research on image processing and pattern recognition. Since 1996, involved in research on laser scanning confocal microscopy 3D biomedical images. Had more than 30 years of teaching experiences in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Digital Image Processing and Recognition, Digital Image Communication, Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality, Computer Communication, Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, Automatic Control. Mainly interested in research of signal and information processing, image processing, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, computer vision, biomedical image and information processing, intelligent systems and design. Done and ongoing nearly 20 research projects sponsored by National Natural Science Funding, State Departments, Sichuan Provincial Natural Science Funding, and nation wide enterprises. Received nearly 10 research prizes awarded by State Departments and Sichuan Province. Published a book titled Pattern Recognition and Image Processing and more than 50 papers in world widely recognized periodicals and journals.
As a great professor - and also a kind man - who is now working in Electronic Information School of SCU, he has been my teacher.
