孙大文博士

1、爱尔兰国立大学教授(右图)生平:

孙大文(Da-Wen Sun)出生于中国南方,是世界食品工程研究和教育领域的学术权威人士。他的主要研究包括制冷、冷冻及干燥过程和系统、食品质量与安全、生物过程模拟和优化以及计算机视觉识别技术等。尤其值得指出的是,他在真空冷却熟肉制品、计算机视觉检测比萨饼质量、采用可食用膜技术实现果蔬货价期延长等方面具有世界领先的开创性成就,得到了国内外媒体的广泛报导。他在世界上著名杂志和国际会议上发表了超过400篇高水平论文,出版专著9部,其中超过180篇论文被SCI收录。 他到欧洲大学工作之前,先后以优异成绩在中国获得了机械工程专业的学士、硕士学位和化学工程专业的博士学位。1995年,他成为在都柏林国立爱尔兰大学(National University of Ireland, Dublin)第一个获得永久教职的华人,并且以最短的时间从讲师晋升为高级讲师、副教授和正教授。目前,孙大文博士是都柏林国立爱尔兰大学食品和生物系统工程教授,领导着食品冷冻及计算机化食品技术研究团队,是爱尔兰有史以来的第一位华人终身教授。

作为食品工程方面杰出的教育工作者,孙教授在该领域人才培养方面也倾注了大量的心血,培养了大批活跃在工业和研究领域的博士。他多次给世界各地的大学作有关食品工程最新研究进展的讲座,并经常在国际会议上作主题发言。作为一个公认的食品工程领域的权威人士,他先后被中国包括浙江大学、上海交通大学、哈尔滨工业大学、中国农业大学、华南理工大学、江南大学等10所高校聘为顾问或客座教授。由于他在世界食品工程领域所作的突出贡献和在该领域的领导地位,先后于2000年和2006年被素有农业工程界的“奥林匹克”之称的国际农业工程委员会(International Commission of Agricultural Engineering CIGR)授予CIGR杰出奖,并于2004年被英国皇家机械工程师学会授予“食品工程师年度人物(Food Engineer of the Year Award)”。国内新华社、《人民日报》、中国新闻社等多家国家级媒体都作了相关报道。根据基本科学指标(EssentialScienceIndicators)数据库有关全球农业科学家排名,在汇集和分析过去十年 ISIWebofScience(SCI)(1998年1月-2008年2月)所收录SCI论文系统的数据统计,全球共有2127名科学家排名进入农业科学专业领域前1%的“最被引科学家”(MostCitedScientists),其中孙大文名列前茅,列前51位。

他是英国皇家农业工程师学会的会士(Fellow),同时是国际农业工程委员会(CIGR)的执委和荣誉副主席。他还兼任《食品和生物加工技术》(Food and Bioprocess Technology,Springer)国际期刊主编和《现代食品工程》(Contemporary Food Engineering,CRC Press / Taylor & Francis)系列丛书的主编、并曾是《食品工程杂志》(Journal of Food Engineering,Elsevier)的编辑。

杰出贡献:

超快速食品冷却技术:首次采用了冷却机理完全不同的真空冷却方法,以蒸发相变的传热过程取代传统方法中以热传导传热模式为主的传热过程。实验结果证明真空冷却对熟肉制品及即食食品都具有极其明显的超快速效果,获得了突破性成果。例如,采用该技术可以将熟肉制品(5至7公斤)在约一个半小时内从72度冷却到4度,在大幅度增加生产效率的同时极大地提高了产品的质量和安全性,而使用常规的工业界冷却方法一般需要15个小时。该研究一直处于世界领先地位,得到国际同行及西方食品工业界的密切关注。欧洲著名的《食品生产》曾做过专门的报道。爱尔兰最具有影响的报纸《爱尔兰时报》也曾用大半版块进行了详细全面的报道。

食品快速质量检测计算机视觉系统:计算机视觉系统对比萨饼及其它食品的快速质量检测的系列研究开创了对食品特别是复杂的比萨饼的生产质量和属性进行自动检测的应用先例。该系统以计算机的自动化和高速处理代替了以往人工的方法,促使食品的生产和检测跟上了现代高科技的发展。英国著名的《新科学家》杂志等多家世界新闻媒体纷纷报道了这一最新成就。

食品涂膜保鲜技术:首次研究出一种全新的用大豆蛋白等研制成无色无味和透明的可食用涂膜溶液,对水果和蔬菜进行涂膜保鲜,可明显延长产品的货架期。这种包装膜无色无味和透明并且可食用,不会对产品外观及质量产生任何影响,使用方法也相当简便,只需要将果蔬产品在包装溶液中泡浸一下即可完成,为当前食品包装技术向高效率高环保的方向发展奠定了坚实的基础。这一技术经《新科学家》杂志报道后,再次引起了工业界的高度重视,被视为食品包装技术的革命。

江苏淮阴人。中共党员。1970大学毕业。先后在6090部队师创作组、河南驻马店地区文化局、文联等单位从事文学创作,历任河南省天中文学院副院长,河南驻马店地区文艺创作部部长、作家协会副主席。河南国际人文科学研究中心特聘研究员,世界文化艺术研究中心研究员。经国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴。1970年开始发表作品。1999年加入中国作家协会。

著有歌剧剧本《育新苗》,豫剧剧本《王新安》(合作),电视剧剧本《甘洒热血为人民》、《刘保的故事》(合作),诗词集《风雨图》,中篇童话《天下奇冤》,童话散文选《奇石闲思》,长篇童话《金猫历险记》、《金猫大帝》、《龙山神童》,三十集童话广播连续剧剧本《金猫圣帝》等,主编报告文学集《璀璨的明珠》、《中国谚语集成·河南驻马店地区卷》等。

儿童文学《金猫历险记》、散文《树根盆景》、诗歌《捕蝶》、寓言《沉默的扫帚》等作品被选入《河南新文学大系·儿童文学卷》,《金猫大帝》被中国少儿出版社选入《童话大王奇妙国》和《月亮丛书》等。。其作品曾多次获奖。
