1978－1982年：毕业于哈尔滨工业大学热能工程专业，获学士学位

1982－1984年：毕业于哈尔滨工业大学管理工程学科，获硕士学位

1986－1991年：哈尔滨工业大学管理学院讲师，

1991－1997年：哈尔滨工业大学管理学院教授

1999－目前： 哈尔滨工业大学管理学院博士生导师

教育部全国工商管理教学指导委员会委员；

全国公共管理硕士MPA教育指导委员会委员；

黑龙江省科技经济顾问委员会宏观经济组副组长。
