3、Sep 29-Oct-8， 2006,访问台湾东华大学、中山大学、政治大学、育达职业技术学院。
4、2006年6月，应浙江省温岭市人大常委会邀请，在浙江省温岭市人大组织的法制论坛做了“预算编制、审查与监督”的讲座。
5、2006年5月，应华南师范大学政治与行政学院邀请做了“解读中国的政府预算”的讲座。
6、2006年2月-3月，应浙江省温岭市委宣传部的邀请为该市的“预算民主恳谈”改革提供咨询与培训。
7、2006年1月15-16日，参加国务院发展研究中心中国发展研究基金会“公民参与预算改革实验区”经验交流会，介绍国外公民参与预算。
