产地及产期:我国沿海均有出产,但东海沿岸产量最大。夏季产量较高。
形态:藻体管状中空,分枝细长众多,主杆不明显。株高可达40厘米。鲜藻鲜绿色,干后暗绿色,浓绿色。
苔条无根无茎亦无叶片,只有许多柔软的丝状体,又细又长,好像一蓬乱七八糟的丝线.虽然苔条的丝状体像头发一样细,可若把它们剖开放到显微镜下观察,里面竟是空心的.
苔条的一生变化很大.小时候,小苔条都有一个固着器紧紧抓住岩石,这种固着器很重要,因为苔条常常生长在沿海岸边的潮间带地区,每天涨潮时海水会把小苔条全部淹没,到退潮后才重新露出水面,小苔条有了固着器就不怕海潮冲击了.随着苔条慢慢长大,它的固着器逐渐消失,只能在水面上自由漂浮.
用途:新鲜苔条晒干后可以吃.把它切碎磨细后,坐在糕饼点心中有一股特殊香味.
条浒苔是沿海人民常采持食用或用作饲料的藻类,可以鲜食,也可晒干贮存,也可以鹏食。还有人民把苔条拌入面粉中作苔条饼,既增色又具独特的清香味。条浒苔的纤维质有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者有好处。条浒苔含碘较多。
相关菜谱条浒苔豆腐饼
材料:
条浒苔150克,豆腐1/2块,洋葱、青红大辣椒1/4个,食用油适量。
调料:
面粉调料:面粉、海带菜高汤1/2杯,鸡蛋1个。
调味料:盐、胡椒粉少许。
做法:
1 条浒苔放在细纱网上抓细,过2~3次水,挤干水分。
2 豆腐捏碎挤干水分,洋葱和青红辣椒切小丁。
3 面粉调料混合好做面糊。
4 条浒苔、豆腐、洋葱、青红辣椒混合好,用盐和胡椒粉调味,放入面糊里拌匀。
5 锅中烧油,一勺一勺的放入(4)的面糊,煎至两面金黄。
Tips:
1 条浒苔含有碘,豆腐含有蛋白质和无机物,两种材料一起做料理互相补充不足的营养成分。
2 条浒苔的纤维质有解毒烟碱的作用,对吸烟者有好处。
