三燕龙城鸟

学名：Longcbengornis sanyanensis Hou,1997

时代：早白垩世，九佛堂组

产地：；辽宁省朝阳县波罗赤。

学名来源：sanyan，汉语拼音“三燕”，为前燕341年十六时期，鲜卑建立的前燕、后燕和北燕地方政权，以当年的龙城，即现在的朝阳市为都城。

保存状况：不完整个体。

基本特征：顶骨后位，颈椎有一腹脊，胸椎椎体长。尾椎不愈合，仍有较长的尾巴。肱骨近端较华夏鸟扩展，近端中央有一大而圆的坑凹构造，骨体直。肱骨稍短于耻骨，叉骨细，叉骨突很长。荐椎不愈合，趾爪强烈钩曲，营树栖生活。体态轻巧。但仍显示出较原始的性质，如尚无尾综骨等。

diagnosis:Parietal posteriorly located.Cervical with ventral process.Thoracic with long centrum.Caudals unfused.Long tail.Humerus more expanded proximally than in Catbayornis,shaft straighe.Furcula slender with long hypocleideum.Sacrls unfused.Pedal claws strongly curved.Pygostyle absent.
