本张专辑标题名称源于Oliver Sachs所着的一本描述精神分裂症的书“The Man Who Mistakes His Wife For A Hat”的前三个字，主唱Fran解释道，会以这本书做为新专辑标题的取样对象，是因为在第一张专辑推出后，有些乐评说他们多变的特性就音乐上而言，好像得了精神分裂症，于是他们就选择以这本书做为新专辑的标题名称来源。虽然专辑名称显示了乐团一贯的幽默感，但整张专辑所呈现出的风格其实是偏向较忧郁的抒情走向的。首支单曲「Writing To Reach You」首周进榜即获全英Top 14，描述心神相契的恋情透过Fran干净的嗓音，诠释出甘醇而深情的感动；「Driftwood」一曲的民谣编曲，加上穿插其中的提琴演奏，荡漾着复古的情怀与清新的感受，跃上单曲榜Top13；「Luv」的真心至情也藉由吉他的拨弄与口琴的曳行，划进听者心房；而”Why Does It Always rain On Me”不但登上排行Top10，并被Q杂志年终乐评评为99年最佳单曲(Best Single 1999)；最新单曲”Turn”再创新高一举获得Top8席次。每一首歌曲都深深打动人心的这张专辑，让Travis以另一番纯情面貌再度进占乐迷的心。
