·马圭尔（Tobias Vincent Maguire）是美国电影演员，在90年代开始了他的演艺事业， 以其主演的电影《蜘蛛侠》（Spider-Man）系列而广为各国观众所熟悉。
·马奎尔1975年生于加州圣摩尼卡，两岁时父母离异，自小随母亲过着流浪生活。由于其母一度梦想成为演员，因此鼓励儿子学习表演。在戏剧学校念六年级时，开始接拍广告。1993年终于得到机会跃登大银幕，与罗伯特·迪尼路合演《这男孩的生活》。1997机会来临，他接连演出了李安的《冰风暴》和伍迪·艾伦的《解构爱情狂》，从而受到影坛瞩目。两年后，他主演的《心尘往事》获奥斯卡最佳影片奖提名。托比以小成本和商业味不浓的电影为主线，知名度虽及不上他的好朋友，却赢的不俗的口碑。1998年，托比终有机会在 《欢乐谷》里当上男主角，电影口碑不俗，托比的演出亦获受好评。一年后，托比接拍了《苹果酒屋法则》。他在 《苹果酒屋法则》 里扮演一名孤儿，这角色让他的演技被肯定，更被誉为“很有天份的年青演员”，而他的知名度亦被提高，该片最后在奥斯卡取得“最佳男配角”和“最佳改编剧本”两项大奖。2000年，托比拍了《奇迹小子》，电影再获好评。2002年他终于获得主演娱乐大片《蜘蛛侠》的机会，这部影片打造了一个票房的奇迹，也让托比大红大紫。随后在2003年他主演了影片《奔腾年代》，这部励志片在票房和口碑上获得了双重成功，并赢得了奥斯卡最佳影片的提名。2004年他又主演了《蜘蛛侠》的续集，同样取得了票房大红。
出道1989年托比·马圭尔出演了生平第一部电影The Wizard，扮演一个在电子游戏厅出没的无赖，没有台词。
个人生活托比·马圭尔已与首饰设计师珍妮弗·梅耶(Jennifer Meyer)订婚，准岳父是环球电影公司(Universal Studios)的高层管理人员荣恩·梅耶(Ron Meyer)。托比和未婚妻珍妮弗育有一女，2006年出生的Ruby。
