詹金泉
Adam Chen (詹金泉; pinyin: (Zhān Jīn Quán) (born June 24 1976) is a Singaporean television actor.
Chen studied at The Chinese High and Hwa Chong Junior College. Before becoming an actor, he was a model and has modelled for numerous print and television commercials in Singapore. The civil engineering graduate was even offered a contract to join MediaWorks before his graduation. With his adventurous and extroverted nature, it is no wonder that Adam counts extreme sports among his many hobbies, with his favourites including rock-climbing, wakeboarding and roller-hockey. Adam also plays the electric bass in his free time as well.
Back in Mediaworks, he managed to land himself with a role in a collaboration drama, Yummy Yummy. His versatile looks, equally suited for contemporary and period dramas, have stood Adam in good stead as he has since acted in several China co-productions with acclaimed names like Nicholas Tse, Dicky Cheung and Li Ya Peng. After joining Mediacorp, being effectively bilingual and eloquent, he also hosted and acted in numerous shows, both on Channel 5 and Channel 8.
