现任清华大学教授，分子酶学实验室主任
主要科研领域与方向：主要研究方向为酶的结构与功能研究。包括酶的化学修饰、酶的催化动力学、酶结构改变对生物活性的影响等。目前集中于蛋白质折叠的研究，包括蛋白质折叠中间体、折叠途径等研究。
