国际奥委会技术手册

技术手册对奥运会组织委员会提出详细的技术要求。手册内容包括有关奥运会组织某个职能领域的规划信息、规划步骤、规划过程以及经过论证的实践方法。同时，也涉及与该职能领域相关的客户或场馆信息。每一届奥运会之后技术手册将根据需要做出修正。有关技术手册内容的重大更改应在奥运会结束后六个月内获得批准。技术手册与《主办城市合同》、《奥林匹克宪章》这类奥运会核心文件有着紧密的关联。

IOC Technical Manuals

The Technical Manuals provide detailed technical obligations for the Olympic Games Organising Committees. These documents contain planning information, procedures and processes, as well as proven practices regarding a function of the Olympic Games organisation. They may also contain client or venue oriented information relevant to the function. The Technical Manuals are modified when necessary after each edition of the Games. Substantial changes to their content should be approved no later than 6 months after the Games. The Technical Manuals relate closely to other key IOC documents, such as the Host City Contract and the Olympic Charter.

Les manuels techniques s'adressent aux comités d'organisation des Jeux Olympiques. Ils contiennent des obligations techniques détaillées, des informations relatives à la planification, des procédures et méthodes, ainsi que des pratiques éprouvées concernant une fonction donnée de l'organisation des Jeux Olympiques. Ils peuvent également contenir des informations propres à cette fonction axées sur les clients ou les sites. Les manuels techniques sont modifiés en cas de besoin après chaque édition des Jeux.
