奥运会会期中文简介

经国际奥委会罗马会议决定，第十届奥运会于1932年7月30日至8月14日在美国洛杉矶举行。这届奥运会首次在两个多星期内进行，使会期开始走向规范化。自1932年洛杉矶夏季奥会之后，国际奥委会规定，奥运会的期限包括开幕式在内，不得超过16天，从而结束了以前那种“马拉松”式的奥运会。从1900年到1928年，历届奥运会的会期都没有短于79天的。而自1932年以后，各届奥运会的会期均被控制在了15至18天之间。
