奥运会研究委员会

简介

奥运会研究委员会于2003年7月向在布拉格举行的第115次国际奥委会全会提交了一份报告。报告就如何控制奥运会组织工作的规模、成本和复杂程度提出了若干建议。虽然该委员会在会后就被解散，但其基本理论和执行体系将在以后的奥运会乃至更远的将来得到贯彻。该委员会最主要的任务，就是如何减少奥运会的主办费用，为主办城市节省开支。

奥运会研究委员会委员针对奥运会的规模、支出做出了全面性检讨，经过多轮讨论，在2003年向国际奥委会提出了200多条意见。这势必对未来奥运会主办城市带来相当大的影响，而北京将是最先受益的城市。

这也是奥运会研究委员会成立后的首要任务，就是在‘节约办奥运’的口号下，建议未来的奥运会将积极展开一连串的‘瘦身’计划。

Olympic Games Study Commission

The Olympic Games Study Commission presented its report to the 115th IOC Session in Prague in July 2003. The report contained a number of recommendations on how to reduce the size, cost and complexity of organising the Olympic Games. After this Session, the Commission was dissolved, however its philosophy and implementation will carry on throughout the forthcoming Games and beyond.

Commission d’Etude des Jeux Olympiques

La Commission d’Etude des Jeux Olympiques a présenté en Juillet 2003 un rapport à la 115e Session du CIO en Prague. Le rapport a avancé de nombreux suggestions sur comment réduire la taille, le coût et la complexité de l’organisation des JO.
