阿-斯综合症

阿-斯综合征是非麻醉患者由于心源性因素而产生的急性脑缺血发作〔1〕。发作形式：许多心律失常都可导致阿-斯综合征，以高度或完全性房室传导阻滞居多。常见病因：冠心病、扩张型心肌病、心肌炎，但以冠心病最多〔2〕。临床特点：（1）表现为突发性晕厥，轻者只眩晕及部分意识丧失，重者意识完全丧失；（2）常伴抽搐、紫绀、呼吸困难，发作时可表现为突发、突止，时间持续由数秒钟至数分钟不等；（3）发作间歇期间心脏听诊及心电图可正常

Adams-Stokes Disease

This is a transient condition caused by a heart rhythm disorder. It involves fainting, with or without convulsions. In it, the normal electrical signal that passes from the heart's upper to lower chambers is interrupted. This causes a "heart block," which usually slows the heart rate considerably. This can cause inadequate blood flow to the brain and fainting. This condition is also called Stokes–Adams or Morgangni, Adams–Stokes disease.
