目前的主要研究领域和兴趣

目前主要研究极端嗜盐古生菌热激蛋白Hsp70基因的转录和调控机制。研究表明，古生菌在基因转录方面与真核生物相似，而转录调节因子则类似于细菌。因此，开展本研究可以揭示古生菌体内独特的基因转录调控的奥秘。
