潘和平
1.西南财经大学博导西南财经大学中国金融研究中心国际金融预测研究所所长。1961年生于西安。1982年获得武汉测绘科技大学摄影测量与遥感专业学士,后留校任教并读硕士;1978年直接转到荷兰特温特大学读博士,1990年获得信息学博士;然后到德国波恩大学从事博士后研究工作。1994年到澳大利亚信号与信息处理联合研究中心(CSSIP)工作,后任信息融合课题组组长,高级研究员。 2000年3-7月在德国波次坦地学研究中心进修。2000年回国任教育部长江学者武汉测绘科技大学特聘教授,后来并入武汉大学。2002年后他到澳大利亚巴拉瑞特大学工作,任信息学与应用优化研究中心智能金融研究组组长及高级讲师。他获得澳大利亚CSSIP1996年会最佳成果奖,并获得1994 年CPGIS最佳论文奖。2005年中,他与澳洲及美国多名资深科学家和金融分析师共同创办了国际金融预测研究院 (IIFP),并出任院长。他先后在理科、工科、金融等不同领域从事研究、开发、管理与教学工作。他发表有期刊和文集文章八十多篇,并主编了两本国际会议论文集。2004年12月,他主持举办了“第一届国际智能金融专题会议”。在国际计量金融学界他是智能金融的首创者。

3.地球物理与空间信息学院副院长教授,博士生导师。1953年出生,湖北鄂洲人。地球物理与空间信息学院副院长,中国大陆科学钻探测井技术室副主任、天然气工业等杂志编委。1978年毕业于武汉地质学院物探系,1999年博士研究生毕业,获博士学位,2000年3~7月在德国波次坦地学研究中心进修。作为主讲教员为研究生、本科生讲授过9门课程,主持或作为主要成员完成国家自然基金项目2项,纵、横向科研项目10余项,获国土资源部科技成果二等奖一项,地矿部科技成果三等奖一项,四等奖二项。在国内外期刊(或会议)发表文章40余篇,其中SCI收录5篇、EI收录8篇、ISTP收录2篇,出版专著2本:《新疆塔北低阻油气层测井评价技术》,《中国大陆科学钻探主孔(0-2000)地球物理测井》[2007年入选国家出版署评选的“三个一百”原创工程科技类(94中之一)],主要研究方向:地球物理测井资料解释、数据处理及信息技术。

4.运城市政协副主席潘和平潘和平,男,汉族,1955年4月生,山西省临猗县人,1976年11月加入中国共产党,1971年11月参加工作,大学普通班学历。
1971年11月至1973年8月运城地区业务组办公室通讯员;1973年8月至1976年8月山西大学中文系学生;1976年8月至1980年4月运城地区经管站、经管局干事;1980年4月任运城地委农工部发展科副科长;1985年12月任运城地委农工部发展科科长;1988年11月任运城行署经济研究室副主任;1991年8月任永济市委副书记;1995年4月任永济市委副书记、市长;2001年2月任中共永济市委书记;2006年5月在政协第二届运城市委员会第一次会议上当选为运城市政协副主席。
