性质：生物膜含有许多蛋白质和酶，其中一些酶惟一定位在某种膜上，称为标记酶。在亚细胞级分分离、纯化过程中，可通过检测标记酶来进行追踪、鉴定。几种亚细胞器的标记酶如下：质膜，5′-核苷酸酶，腺苷酸环化酶，Na-K ATP酶；内质网，葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶；高尔基体，半乳糖苷转移酶；线粒体内膜ATP合酶。
