奥塔哥中部铁道 The Otago Central Rail Trail

位于新西兰的奥塔哥中部铁道在奥塔哥历史占很重要的地位，经过完整的保护，现已是一个独特的游乐施设。这条长150公里的老铁道由奥塔哥中部铁道信托会(Otago Central Rail Trail Trust)和环保部改建，供步行者、骑自行车者和骑马者领略奥塔哥中部独特的风景，体验新西兰南岛的偏远与历史之用。风景最好的莫过于劳德(Lauder)和欧里普(Auripo)之间的路段，它有 一座111.8米的铁路线(为全线最长的桥)和两座隧道。所有铁路桥两侧都铺上了人行平台，并加设围栏。奥塔哥中部铁道现在是这该地区的主要景点，启用第一年就吸引了一万多名游客。
