香港电灯集团有限公司（港灯集团）属长江集团成员之一，港灯集团包括香港电灯有限公司（港灯）、港灯国际有限公司（港灯国际）、港灯协联工程有限公司（港灯协联）及若干附属公司。
港灯成立于1889年，是港灯集团主要的营运公司，负责发电、输电及配电予香港岛及南丫岛。时至今日，港灯位于南丫岛的发电厂，总发电量为3,755兆瓦，服务客户人数超过55万名，自1997年以来更一直保持99.999%的供电可靠性。
港灯国际成立于1997年，是港灯集团的国际投资公司，与长江基建集团有限公司合作经营多项香港以外的电力相关业务，包括澳洲ETSA Utilities、澳洲Powercor有限公司及澳洲CitiPower。 在泰国，港灯国际是Ratchaburi电力有限公司的最大外资股东，而在英国，港灯国际拥有英国北部气体分销网络Northern Gas Networks Limited的19.9%权益。
港灯协联成立于1975年，是港灯集团的全资附属公司，专提供电力工程顾问服务。港灯集团是香港联合交易所上市公司，为香港恒生指数40只成份股之一。公司当前的员工人数约为二千人。

A member of the Cheung Kong Group, the Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd. (HEH) is the holding company of The Hongkong Electric Company, Limited (HEC), Hongkong Electric International Limited (HEI), Associated Technical Services Limited (ATS) and a number of other subsidiaries.
HEC is the main operating company of HEH. Founded in 1889, HEC is responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of power to Hong Kong Island and Lamma Island. Today, HEC's power station on Lamma Island has a total installed capacity of 3,755MW, serving more than 550,000 customers with a supply reliability rating of 99.999%, a record since 1997.
HEI was established in 1997 as the international investment arm of HEH. It is a joint partner in several power-related businesses with Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited, including ETSA Utilities, Powercor Australia Ltd. and CitiPower in Australia. In Thailand, HEI is the largest foreign shareholder of the Ratchaburi Power Company Limited and in the United Kingdom, it has acquired a 19.9% stake in Northern Gas Networks Limited.
ATS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HEH. It was established in 1975 as an engineering consultancy firm serving the electricity supply industry.
HEH is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and is one of the 40 constituent shares of the Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong. The Company employs a staff force of about 2,000.
