Equis
欧洲EQUIS教育认证制度简介EQUIS是欧洲管理发展基金会(EFMD)创办的一个以认证为形式，对高等管理教育机构进行质量评价，推动教育进步的国际认证体系。由于EFMD以致力于服务全球管理教育为理念，因此并没有把EQUIS的重点放在哪种特定的高等管理教育项目上，也不只是集中于MBA 项目，而是将其基本工作内容定位在辨别各种高等管理教育方法——包括本科和研究院课程——的异同及其优势，其基本目标是提高全世界的高等管理教育水平。
作为一个国际权威机构，EQUIS是从整体来评价认证对象，认证过程非常严谨。就MBA项目认证来说，EQUIS认证时，除要求高等管理教育机构提供证明其在本国内拥有高水平的教学标准的有力证据以外，还要求该机构课程必须高度国际化，学生必须具备全球使命感；除要求机构制订完备的学习计划以外，还要推动商业研究工作；此外，EQUIS认为高等管理教管机构与工商业界之间应密切联系，保持专业理论知识和商业实践之间的平衡。
今天，EQUIS除了为欧洲14个国家的不同高等管理教育机构进行认证以外，在亚洲、美洲和非洲也都有成功的认证案例。EQUIS认证要求做一个预先调查，然后是正式申请、资格研究、自我评估、国际专家审查、授予认证资格，在必要时还给予指导。
欧洲EQUIS特点EQUIS不宣扬标准化，它崇尚项目形式的多样性、学院的多样性。EQUIS提倡相互学习，互相借鉴优秀的实践经验和相互认可。EUQIS对院校整体进行评估认证。它不仅对学位项目，而且对院校所有活动、所有部门进行评估，包括科研、远程教育、高层管理人员教育等。但是，相应学院必须主要致力于管理学教育。EQUIS寻求高质量的教学和与团体机构互动交流带来的专业性的平衡。与商界的交流平台就是尽可能挖掘研究潜能。EQUIS非常重视高效率教学环境的建设，高效率的教学环境有助于培养学生管理和创业能力，增强他们的全球责任感。同时，它寻求全方位的创新，包括项目设计和教学法的创新。我国知名的中欧管理学院仅有EQUIS一项。
