迪尚集团有限公司创立于1993年，是在原威海纺织集团进出口有限责任公司的基础上发展壮大起来的大型综合性、多元化企业集团。迪尚集团以进出口贸易为龙头，经营领域涉及服装进出口、服装生产基地、房地产开发、国内销售、海外企业、货运代理、金融担保以及保税仓库、拍卖行等10多个领域。
迪尚集团麾下拥有绮丽集团有限公司、威海纺织集团进出口有限责任公司、迪尚凯尼、临沂迪尚、迪尚华阳等十几家专业生产基地，拥有员工15000余名，国际贸易部和职能部门45个， 分公司40多个。集团在日本、韩国、美国、欧洲和香港等国家和地区建有多家独资或合资企业，公司总资产20多亿元，年销售收入劲超50亿元，年进出口额逾7亿美元，是山东省最大的纺织服装出口集团。
