毛林繁
中国招标投标协会副秘书长
工学博士、数学博士后，美国数学会评论员，国际期刊《International J. Mathematical Combinatorics》主编，北京建筑工程学院兼职教授。
1962年12月31日生于四川省德阳市；1980年毕业于四川省万源市万源中学；1981年-1998年在中国建筑第二工程局工作，其间1983年9月-1987年7月北京城市建设学校工业与民用建筑专业学习， 1991年3月-1995年6月参加北京市高等教育应用数学专业自学考试，获本科文凭和北京大学颁发的学士学位；1999年4月考入北方交通大学，师从刘彦佩教授攻读博士学位研究拓扑图论与组合地图； 2002年3月完成博士论文《论曲面上给定基础图的地图》（A census of maps on surfaces with given underlying graphs），同年11月获得博士学位；2003年6月起在中国科学院管理、信息与决策研究室从事博士后研究工作，2005年5月完成博士后报告《论地图与Klein曲面的自同构》（On Automorphisms of Maps and Klein Surfaces）。2007在美国创办《International J.Mathematical Combinatorics》学术期刊并任主编。
研究工作涉及Smarandache几何、现代微分几何、组合地图、图论、运筹学和理论物理等多个领域，先后在国内外一些著名刊物，如《Graphs and Combinatorics》、 《Australasian J.Combinatoric》 、 《J.Appl.Math & Computing》、《JP J.Geometry and Topology》、《Acta Mathematica Sinica》、《Magna Scientia}》、《International J. Mathematical Combinatorics》、《数学物理学报》、 《运筹学学报》、《中国公路学报》、《建筑技术》和《建筑安全》等学术期刊上发表论文五十多篇，在美国出版过两本数学学术专著、两本数学、物理论文集，在英国出版一本数学论文集。
