做法:

1、土豆丝洗净切成薄片,然后切成细丝,入开水中煮3分钟捞出过凉开水,然后放入冰水中浸片刻,再次捞出沥干。

2、干椒切成丝,蒜拍碎。

3、土豆丝和椒丝、蒜末一同放入大盆,倒入盐,糖,蚝油,辣椒油,白醋拌匀,静置入味,最后淋上麻油装盘即可。

注:

麻油后放,香不会跑掉。糖与白醋的比例是1:5,做出的酸辣味比较足,辣椒油可根据个人受辣程度放。
