做法

1、将大白菜、菠菜用沸水烫熟,过冷开水;菠菜剁成菠菜茸;胡萝卜切细条;将调料拌匀成酱汁。

2、大白菜叶铺底,放上菠菜茸,胡萝卜条放在中间卷起成菜卷;切成数段。

3、洒上黑芝麻,蘸酱汁吃即可。小提示:
