菲律宾布拉卡国立大学孔子学院
学院概况布拉卡国立大学孔子学院是中国政府在菲律宾建设的第二家孔子学院，中方合作院校为西北大学。2007年6月22日，布拉卡大学与国家汉办签署了建设孔院协议书；2008年9月全面启动各项工作；2009年2月28日，举行孔子学院揭牌仪式。一年来，在国家汉办和大使馆、菲律宾各界的鼎立支持和帮助下，双方合作院校通力合作，创新进取，各项工作进展顺利。我们已开设各层次汉语班10多期，学生人数达到987人次；举办各类文化讲座、汉语推广、展览竞赛及传统节日活动22次，参加人数3478人次，在周边地区产生了很大影响。
今后，我们会再接再厉，继续努力，遵循孔子学院的办学宗旨，在大学、布拉卡省周边社区、菲律宾第三地区及宿雾市全面开展汉语教学和中国文化活动。
Confucius Institute at Bulacan State University is the second Confucius Institute established in the Philippines. Bulacan State University signed the Agreement for the Establishment of Confucius Institute with the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) in June 22, 2007 , started the preparations in all fields in September, 2008 and held the Grand Launching Ceremony in February 28, 2009. In 2009, with the support and help of Hanban, Chinese Embassy, different agencies in the Philippines, the partner universities have been working together actively and creatively. We offered more than 10 Mandarin Training Programs of various levels to university staff, students and local residents. The total number of students reached 987. We also organized more than 21 different kinds of cultural activities, such as Lectures, Chinese Promotion, Competition, Exhibition and Traditional Chinese Festival Celebrations. The total number of participants reached 3478. All these make our Confucius Institute become more and more known and recognized in the province of Bulacan.
In the future, we will be continuing to work hard, attain our Objectives. The Confucius Institute at Bulacan State University will widely promote the Chinese culture and arts with the BSU faculty members, staff and students, local community folks of Bulacan, neighboring provinces in Region 3, Cebu City, and other regions of the Philippines.
