交易型领导
(Transactional Leadership)·领导的交易模式(Transactional model)系1978年贺兰德(Hollander)所提出。·Hollander认为领导行为乃发生在特定情境之下时，领导者和被领导者相互满足的交易过程，即领导者藉由明确的任务及角色的需求来引导与激励部属完成组之目标。Leaders who guide and motivate their followers in the direction of established goals by clarifying roles and tasks.
