初伏
初伏，按中国的日历法来说，这是真正暑天的开始。初伏固定为10天, 初伏从夏至日后第三个庚日始（称入伏）。
天津的老规矩是：初伏饺子、中伏面，末伏烙饼炒鸡蛋。
07年的初伏是 7月15日 （农历六月初二，庚戌日）。
