4.中国政法大学刑事司法学院副教授男，1972年生，现任中国政法大学刑事司法学院副教授、刑事诉讼法研究所副所长。1993获得西南政法学院法律系学士学位，1996年获得中国政法大学研究生院刑事诉讼法学硕士学位，2000年获得中国政法大学研究生院刑事诉讼法学博士学位，2002年受英国文化委员会（British Council）资助，获得英国华威大学优秀法律硕士学位（University of arwick, UK, LLM, with Distinction）。1999年美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）访问学者，2003年美国杜肯大学（University of Duquesne）访问学者。自1996年以来，在中国政法大学主要讲授刑事诉讼法、证据法和外国刑事诉讼法。
主要科研成果包括证据规则研究、证据立法、英国司法改革、美国宪法刑事诉讼等。
其承担的国家级项目（国家哲学社会科学基金项目）――非法证据排除规则研究，已经于2009年4月结项。
