李木森
男，汉族，中共党员，1952年1月10日生于重庆市，山东省安丘市人，现任山东大学材料科学与工程学院常务副院长，博士生导师，院学位评定分委员会副主任，院学术委员会委员。1976年12月毕业于北京科技大学材料物理专业。1985年晋升讲师，1992年晋升副教授，1995年破格晋升教授。1976年12月～1993年6月，在原山东工业大学热处理教研室任教，曾任教研室党支部书记，副主任。1993年7月～2000年7月，在原山东工业大学材料科学与工程学院先后担任院总支书记、院长。
现主要从事超硬材料、生物医学材料、表面化学热处理、热处理工艺材料和无损检测技术等研究方向的教学与科研工作。先后主持。参加省部级以上科研项目20余项；获国家技术发明四等奖3项，山东省科技进步二等奖5项、三等奖3项；获国家发明专利2项；发表学术论文120余篇，其中被SCI、EI收录40余篇。
主讲博士生课程1门，硕士生课程2门，本科生课程5门。已招收、培养博士生9名，其中4名已获工学博士学位；已招收培养硕士生13名，其中7名已获工学硕士学位。曾获校优秀教师称号。
主要荣誉称号：
国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家（1999年）；山东省专业技术拔尖人才（1997年）；享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家（1993年）。
主要社会兼职：
中国机械工程学会材料分会常务理事；中国热处理行业协会理事；中国体视学学会理事；山东机械工程学会材料专业委员会主任。
