五.研究兴趣

生物噪声: 基因选择过程中的噪声效应; 噪声对肿瘤生长的影响; 细菌生长过程中的噪声效

应; 神经网络中的噪声效应等生物系统.

肌肉运动: 研究肌球肌动蛋白系统运动机制，运动方向的控制，效率，以及医学应用.

分子马达: 研究分子马达的运动机制(线性分子马达,旋转分子马达),以及分子马达运动方向的

控制, 能量转换, 效率和考虑量子效应的分子马达的运动.

随机计算: Langevin 方程, Fokker-Planck方程的数值计算以及MC模拟计算和应用.
