周逸峰
周逸峰 男，1963年12月生，江苏扬州人。研究员，博士生导师。
1982年7月获中国科大生物系生物物理专业学士学位; 1985年7月获硕士学位; 1989年1月至1990年8月为中科院上海生理所与美国犹他大学医学院解剖系联合培养博士生并于1991年4月获上海生理所博士学位。现任中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室和生命科学学院研究员，生命科学学院学位分委员会委员、学术委员会委员、生物物理博士点负责人。兼任中国科大儿童弱视、斜视研究治疗中心副主任。是北美神经科学协会会员和国际脑研究组织成员，《生物化学与生物物理进展杂志》编委、《中国斜视与小儿眼科杂志》编委。
1983年始从事视觉神经生物学方面的研究, 主持了霍英东青年教师基金、中科院院长基金、美国NIH项目子课题、中科院和国家基金委重大项目等20项研究课题，总经费达500多万元。系统地定量研究了猫丘脑外膝体细胞的方向敏感性，用大量证据表明猫视皮层细胞的方向选择性可能起源于皮层下结构, 从而对流行多年的传统学术观点作出了修正。1991年被国家教委授予"做出突出贡献的中国学位获得者"荣誉称号; 1992年被遴选为国家教委优秀年轻教师重点跟踪资助对象; 1993年获中科院青年科学家二等奖；1994年赴美国犹他大学从事合作研究；1996年荣获霍英东青年教师奖研究类二等奖；1997年荣获中国科学院自然科学二等奖（第二获奖人）；1998年1月至1999年3月以访问科学家身份在美国Brandeis大学生物系和复杂系统国家实验室从事视觉系统短时程突触可塑性方面的研究；1999年以青年科学家小组负责人身份进入中科院知识创新工程。2001年再次赴美国犹他大学从事有关灵长类视觉系统衰老的神经机制及可能的延缓途径方面的合作研究，工作发表在SCIENCE上并作重点介绍。2004年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。共在国内外核心刊物发表论文60余篇, 其中国际核心刊物(SCI)论文40余篇。经SCI检索，主要论文被引用300余次。已培养或合作培养硕士研究生13名，博士研究生11名。另有在读硕士研究生9名，博士研究生12名。
